EPIN on the EU Constitution
Only Czech Republic, Poland and United Kingdom are likely to oppose the European Constitution-shows the EPIN's (European Policy Institutes Network) January report. According to Mario Monti, in this situation, those countries should held another referendum asking whether they want to remain in the EU.
In all the European countries where ratification proceeds through parliaments the treaty will be accepted. Whereas Poland and Czech Republic still hesitate, the United Kingdom will definitely vote 'no'.
It is not being decided yet what is going to happen when the Constitution is rejected.
