Ban of the government slogan
The National Electoral Commission bans the slogan of the Government and other elements:
"The campaign that can be carried out by the Government in the present process of referendum has to be bound to inform objectively on the contents of the Treaty to establish a Constitution for Europe, removing all kind of value judgment or slogan used until now in TV, web site and other means, for example 'We the first with Europe' and statements that could, direct or indirectly, influence the position or attitude of the citizens."
But there was no consequent follow-up
The National Electoral Commission avoids concretely: +++ to criticize the bias of the governmental campaign, that is listing the achievements of the EU +++ to ask the government to publish their campaigning plans (contents, schedule, budget) +++ to demand the shutdown of the website of the governmental campaign +++ to stop the widespread use of the emblem and flag of the EU.
