Should the UK approve the Treaty establishing a Constitution for the EU?


The question for the referendum in the United Kingdom is revealed. The FT reports that voters are to be given what it describes as a straightforward question in the referendum on the EU Constitution. Ballot papers are expected to say, Should the United Kingdom approve the Treaty establishing a Constitution for the European Union? "Vote No" is cited warning that the Government may still try to introduce an unfair preamble, as already happened in another referendum in the UK.
